Big games with harsh ratings | Steam review analysis (updated Oct 2026)
Of the 110 Steam games analyzed by TrueGG, this page lists games with at least the median number of reviews (333,339) and a TrueGG Rating below 75%, lowest first (10 games). The TrueGG Rating is the share of positive reviews among players who had played past each game's "played line" when they wrote their review, normally from the last 180 days. Data as of 2026-10-14. Methodology
Widely reviewed games whose TrueGG Rating, the rating among players who played a fair amount, is below 75%. Use it to check whether a game’s bad reputation holds up and what people actually complain about.
The note column shows the topic most often raised in negative reviews, counted with a fixed keyword dictionary (no AI). If the last-180-day figure is above the all-time one, the game is recovering; if below, it is getting worse. For live-service games, a low rating often reflects the current version rather than the game as a whole.
