Games that are fun from the first hours | Steam review analysis (updated Oct 2026)
Of the 110 Steam games analyzed by TrueGG, this page lists games whose early reviews (usually under 2 hours) are 80% positive or more, highest first (38 games). The TrueGG Rating is the share of positive reviews among players who had played past each game's "played line" when they wrote their review, normally from the last 180 days. Data as of 2026-10-14. Methodology
Games that are rated highly even in reviews written under 2 hours of play: their appeal comes through right away. Useful if you have little time, or want to know whether a game clicks within Steam’s 2-hour refund guideline.
The note shows each game’s played line for the TrueGG Rating. Games rated highly both early and by long-time players tend to hold up from start to finish.
